EMU Wheelset Mounting and Dismounting Press
1. The EMU Wheelset Press with cylinder capacity 300 tons is intended to assemble and disasemble the wheelsets (wheel discs and brake discs), as well as do backpressure tests of EMUs, DMUs, Subways, High-speed railway trains, etc.
2. Fully Automatic control. High productivity. Less labor costs.
3. With double-ended hydraulic cylinders to mount and dismount both wheels on the same axle simultaneously, one positioning without reversal of the axle.
4. The presses mainly consist of two hydraulic ram cylinders mounted on a overall gantry frame, a motorised mobile slider device with inserts mounted on it, a transfer trolley, a pre-fitting stand, a hydraulic unit and an electrical control unit.
5. The overall gantry frame structure has adequate rigidity and strength, allowing it to withstand and absorb shocks and vibrations effectively, so as to ensure the accuracy of the press-fit.
6. A motorized transfer trolley is provided to transfer the wheelset to/out the press.
7. Well-known brand sensors and automatic measurement device to control the pressing results to comply with the standards.
