HQ09 series Single-ended cylinder Wheelset Mounting and Dismounting Press
1. The Wheelset Mounting and Dismounting Presses are available with cylinder capacity from 300 to 600 tons. They are intended to assemble and disasemble the wheelsets (wheel discs, brake discs and gears) of locomotives, coaches, freight wagons, etc.
2. With single-ended hydraulic cylinder to mount and dismount wheels on the axle. It requires turning over the axle to mount/dismount the 2nd wheel.
3. The presses mainly consist of one hydraulic ram cylinder mounted on a cylinder column, a motorised movable resistant column with tooling on it, two manual support trolleys, a hydraulic unit and an electrical control unit.
